Highlights
Stanford Research Park is a dynamic location where we embrace new and novel ideas, original approaches, and the change that’s central to the Silicon Valley experience
Rivian
Rivian made a splash in Palo Alto during the summer of 2025 with the delivery of the world's first Rivian patrol car, an electric R1S SUV Rivian, to the Palo Alto Police Department and the opening of an engaging new demo space at the Stanford Shopping Center. Rivian engineers are now focused on delivering new midsize, 5-seat models that are optimized for big adventures and everyday use.
Page Mill Labs
Page Mill Labs, a new 77,300-square-foot incubation space in Stanford Research Park, provides flexible wet labs and shared resources for today’s most innovative start-ups, many founded by Stanford faculty. Page Mill Labs marks a new era for life sciences at 950 Page Mill Road—the legendary site where Dr. Alejandro Zaffaroni founded pharmaceutical pioneer, Alza Corporation, over a half-century ago. Building on decades of innovation, Page Mill Labs strengthens the Park’s legacy as the West Coast’s premier life science cluster.
